Hi does anyone know where I can get a collectors or crafters grim cesta death magic ( the one that looks like a gauntlet claw) +27 energy +30hp -1 energy regen?

Those Stats exist, But not on that skin (as far as wiki goes).

Grim Cesta is a Chapter 1 skin - In Cantha the default death magic focus skin is Bleached Skull - so you have to look in Tyria, as as far as the Wiki tells, there is no 15/-1 Collector there.
