OK, I used this as a beginner weapon for my warrior and given the rarity of Serpent Axes I was wondering if someone could give me a PC on it:

Crippling Serpent Axe of Shelter
Slashing Damage: 6-17 (req 5)
Dmg+15% (in a stance)
Lengthens Crippled 33%
Armor +7 (vs physical)
