PC - eternal shield

ok i am thinking about buying shield something like this any idea how mcuh the cost

eternal shield
armor 16 req 10 str or below
-2 damage while echanted
+25- 28 hp

its not perfect because i cant afford the perfect version which is like 100k + ectos
any idea how much this would cost?
