Are you talking about her Rank 7? When you go to Heroes Ascent on the Battle Isles and win matches you gain fame. With fame you earn rank. You need more fame for your next rank as you can a higher rank. For example: you need to earn more fame between Rank 3 and 4 then you do between Rank 1 and 2.

*EDIT* Didn't realize that the character was level one and thats what the problem was about. ^^
