How much do you think this is worth?

[Slashing Damage 6-28 (requires 12 axe mastery)
[Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
[Health +30
[Armor Penetration +20% (19% chance)

IMO, 30-40k because of the high req. maybe 50k if you're lucky.
