I have a problem.

Ok this is my problem,it might sounds to common but i'll try to make it decent:

My guild is factions farming guild (doing Ab all the time and donating)

I have joined guild randomly...couple days after i became officer...and boring story goes on..

Than i came to idea i need to recruit and from what i see only active players are couple of officers that donate in group (otherway nobody wants to donate)
The point is all people officers recruited are totally diffrent orrientation,i dont find them fitting in our guild,and i have read topic about how good guild keep only good-known people in so nobody feels out of content (outsider) and THATS what i wanna improve

But how?

Idea1:
I cant just meet people in middle of battle and say: Hey i like you..ur cool...wanna join my guild for faction farming? - The idea of that sounds boring,so nobody would join...still if that happend they would leave fast

Idea2:
Meet some people as i truly want them to be my friends and do stuff together - which is harder because it requires more patience and similar interests (i would even try pretending i like random arenas so much and like i play it all day)So we keep on and somehow we end in friendship,so i ask them to join

The main problem is all good players alredy have good guilds..i know some guilds do training job ..but im afraid i dont start that and they stop playing guild wars - and i did nothing

If you read this story can u please criticly tell me how is MY problem called,and tell me your idea of recruiting?

AH HA. Here you are! If your guild is a FF guild then really no one is going to want to join... whats really the benefit...
