I want to buy any shield, req. 8 9 or 10. TACTICS ONLY PLEASE!

Health + 30/+45 while in stance
Reduced damage -5(20%)/Reduced damage -2 while in stance

However, if you have an echovald shield, ONLY +30 will do, without reduction mods. (Would prefer reduction mods however)
