Need help with a tough pc

As you can see this bone staff is so close to perfect. bought it unidentifed for 1k and ided it to find this. i am having trouble pcing this due to the split mods and 1 off perfect. any help is great thanks

is there any builds that uses curses+death? i dont think so. try to salvage.

not sure.. but me thinks an mm uses the two skill reqs at once.. i hate necros
