i take SF as in Sorrows Furnace.

Fire: 16
Energy: Rest
Water: None ( I use mael for interuption Only Purposes )

Requirement #2 and #4
1) Ele attunement (Always use Ele attunement before Fire attunement. This serves fire attunement as a cover enchantment to keep ELE attunement safe)
2) Fire attunement (Ele)
3) Fireball (ele)
4) Incendiary Bonds (ele)
5) Rodgorts Invocation (ele)
6) Meteor Shower (ele)
7) Arcane Echo (Mes)
8) Mael Storm (ele)(Requires team to cooperate on this one when your against a monk boss. )

Requirement #6
Let me be blunt and honest here.
Your expereince is required. It takes time to know your foe, and their behaviour when going to any area.
You will comeup with your combos depending on which kinda foe your dealing with. At times, echoing mael storm works when your monk foe is boxed between you and your party members.
If i were to write a proper way to deal with every little group ( believe me, i can ) It would take a huge post, and atleast an 3 to 4 hours with detailed info.
Work on this one. Experience is attained as time passes by.
A tip. Try not to use Meteor shower often. Cast your damage skills based on the threat level.
When i used to do SF alot, I used to announce right after i would enter in Sorrows furnace from Greneth's Footprint...
"Go for Enemies in this Order: Shamans > Priests > Casters > Rangers > Warriors > Bosses" ( Reason i kept warriors in last is because you will be having your tank to take all the meele damage as possible, hence keeping them busy there. so killing them last is alrite )
