I use Shadow Form (E) with Shadow of Haste, it works extremely well in PvE and PvP.

Ok here is what they do:

Shadow Form (E)
All hostile spells against you fail, all hostile attacks miss. When shadow form ends you loose all but 27...47health (i don't thinhk the numbers are right).

Shadow of Haste
You run 25% faster, when shadow of haste ends you shadow step to the location where u activated this skill.

Shadow of Haste and Shadow Form has the same duration so you can pull out when your health is going down.

This two skill combos are ideal for hit and runs in both PvE and PvP.

O rly. What about gemini sins? They can use Shadow Form ALL the time.

Nope, shadowform isn't considered a form, it's considered an enchantment. By form, it's refering to the Dervish forms.
