gilded artifact
energy +12 (req 8 fast casting)
armor +10 (vs slashing)
halves skill recharge of domination magic spells (20%)

I'd buy it for 5k. Its perfect, low req and saves a mes from IWAY wars and so on.

Seems to have alot of intrest from a pc thread , id ask for 30-50k .

yea i would say around 30k, i thought less at first though...but if there weren't people interested i would've thought about 10k, but i guess 30k is a reasonable price for it
