I've seen that guide, but I was just wondering if the others mods on it would change the value.

Mods don't add to the value of a weapon (and if they do it is only a few k), generally mods make a weapon easier to sell, but it is requirement, rarity, inherent damage mod, and how badly the buyers wants something that determines the price.
