R/A Dagger build

I've read that going R/A instead of A/x will only get you more defense and A/x is much better at spiking and such, but I'm still convinced theres a good R/A build for PvE or PvP. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions or ideas, especially on elites.

And before you say it, yes I've used search, and I've already seen the build from guildwiki, but it wasn't what I'm looking for.
