PC on Gold Air Wand

Ok, heres what i got, i dont know if its anything good or not, but hey any help is appreciated

gold Air Wand
11-22(req 10 air magic)
Halves casting time of water Spells 20%
Halves Skill recharge of Spells 10%

I know, the air wand with a water mod is a bit odd to say the least, but yeah, should i just salvage it or would anyone like it?

Mixed mods, 5-10k~ still if you manage to find a buyier...
