How to Report Bots? IDS Farm Bot spotted

I Know this is the wrong forum but I don't know which is the right one !

Anyways, if you want to see farming bots in action, go to Granite Citadel. Wait by the exit to tasca's demise. About 2 to 3 time per minute, you will see a Level 20 Mo/W run up to the sign for Tasca's Demise, stop, then back up about 5 steps, then run out the door. The name of the Mo/W will be
Lao Ts ?? where ?? are two alphanumeric characters - usually the same. They willl all belong to the same guild (I can't remember now but I think it was TSFT). I watched this morning for about 5 minutes and must have seen 15-20 Mo/W run out through exactly the same path.

How does one report this to ANET? put it here only cause they are obviously farming - maybe ids.
