WTB -2stanced/-2enchanted shield.

Hello. I am trying to find a -2stanced/-2enchanted shield. The more generic the skin, the better, as I am more for function over form and the obvious reason that the common skins are worth less.

Edit: I also need req 9 or less tactics.
