PC on 2 Gold Weapons > Dagger and axe

I recently picked up two weapons from Canthan Chests. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what they were worth.
Here they are:
(All Items are gold)

Piercing Dmg 7-17 (Req 8 Dagger Mastery)
Damage +14% (While health is above 50%)
Lengthens Deep Wound Duration on foes by 33%
Armor +5

AND

Vampiric Grinning Dragon Axe of Axe Mastery
Slashing Damage 6-28 (Requires 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (While in a Stance)
Life Stealing: 3
Health Regeneration: -1
Axe Mastery +1 (19% Chance while using skills)

There they are. Are they worth anything?
