any other opinions, I just have 3 questions

Is 3 so low purely because of req or something else?
With 7 a 15^50 would be around 30k on rare skin list, does 1% drop all items this much?
Lastly I see ghostly staffs with 10/10 and high rq can go for over 100k on rare skin list, is this seriously a merch?

Hopefully with some answers to these I can start pricing myself
