well it has absolutely no use as a weapon...

health +29 ( was 25, thought it was hod axe :P)

its not old you can still get it as a reward, worth 1k max to a person who is lower lvl who likes the skin.

I believe it's a quest reward...

May be worth a couple of ks to someone who wants to just show-off the Dwarven Axe skin.
