What is the best looking armor?

Imo the best looking armor is the obsidian armor, but thats so expensive with the 105 ectos 105 shards and 60k but if its the only option then ill get it. Does anyone know of a good looking armor that isnt so expensive?

i really don't like most male armours for the ele, particularly in prophecies, but i ended up with 15k geo dyed black.
with factions i've been tempted to buy 1.5k canthan i think.

I personally dont like any of the male ele armors that much, except for the 1.5k pyromancers and the 15k aeromancers. I like all the ele stuff for females, but the 15k aeromancers is a definite must for the females who want to kick --- and look good doing it. The obsidian dyed orange isn't too bad either. Haven't seen the Factions or Nightfall armors though.

Obsidian is by far the best looking male ele armour. The rest look crap.

Hmmm, I wonder what the Male 15k Luxon would look like in black.... Changed my Kurzick to black and it looks very nice indeed. I really like the Obsidian and Luxon 15k armours for the male ele.

im pretty sure that it would make the lower half blackish velvet while the top ornaments remain jade green, like with all the other dyes

Yeah, the jade green on top really lets the Luxon set stand out. Well I picked up a black dye in UW last night, perhaps I'll give it a try. Worst case I don't like it

I use the 1.5k Canthan (I like it better than the 15k) on my male ele, with red/orange mix dye (just red alone looks pink, red/orange looks like a nice fiery red)

I got factions 15k imperial (the end of game armor) and dyed it black...and as I sat back to admire my new gear, I realized one thing: I wasted a hell of a lot of money on armor that looks like crap. Best armor for the male ele IMO is Shing Jea 1.5k...i also had that dyed black and it looked amazing.

For Males, I'd recomend the 15k Kurzick dyed Orange+Yellow. For Females, 15k Kurzick is non-slutty, so I'd recomend it for girls too, but I don't know what to dye it...
If you are really short on money, get 1.5k Canthan and dye it Orange+Yellow, and get the 15k Kurzick coat and gloves when you can afford it, since the pants and boots match the coat well anyway. Male ele by the way...

Kurzick male 15k imo looks really nice especially form behind with short hair coz then u can see the gem. And its got that velvety look. 15k aeromancer with pink dye also looks really nice.

the luxon 15k is very nice. Currently I have 15k geo on my elementalist, and it's dyed red. The red is a bit iffy...
