Maybe this has been mentioned before but how about the following elites for the different classes;
5 energy 1 sec casting time Recharge 30 sec
5 seconds your next (skill/spell/preparation/attack/enchantment) receives +1 (Attribute) +1 Attribute does not stack with any weapon mods

Destructive Zeal: 15E 2C 60R 50% failure at 7 Energy storage or less
For 5-25 seconds you cast spells twice as fast and suffer half exhaustion. When Destructive Zeal ends you suffer from exhaustion.
Something I thought would help ele's with all the exhastion spells and long recharge times. I know it's not perfect, but it would be nice to have another elite worth bringing other than Elemental Attunement/ether prodigy.

Wilderness Survival Elite Nature Ritual
Create a level 1-8 spirit. For creatures within it's range, natural energy regen eration is halved, but exhaustion is removed twice as fast. This spirit dies after 30-126 seconds.
By "regain energy at half the usual rate" I mean that each pip of energy regen is one energy every 6 seconds, rather than every 3. This would, of course, mean that bonders would have a much greater effect from Blessed Signet relative to the natural energy regen they would have, and as energy regen and degen are capped at 10, they could quite easily maintain as many enchantments as they want, so long as the spirit isn't killed.
