If they were contest ones I think we'd have been given more detail. These new ones are probably of ANets own design.

The last set we were given were honorable mentions from the design a weapon contest, and we got less information than this.

I got a load at morosov trail. But with sunreach and such there I highly doubt its an item update. Sunreach is already heavily farmed.
