Am I the only person in this game that thinks that seperate kinds of storage for every type of item in this game is rediculous? Give me 4 times as much general storage, and let ME decide what and where I want to store things.
It would be much easier for the developers to put into the game. I will be severely pissed if I have waited all this time for more storage just because they wasted their time making seperate kinds of storage tabs for you folks, simply because you don't know how to organize yourselves.

I am in triple digits with all the dyes on my warrior. Here is an idea though, why not have a tab for the dyes and keys under one tab. You only need one (vertical) row for dyes and 2 rows for keys. Just a thought.

Even the "expensive" dyes can be bought from vendor after a couple/ hours farming if you can play the game with any efficiency(sp?).
Plus, it would have a vast impact on the economy(for the worse).

anet wont ever impliment it but i am signing anyway. its a memory hog as i understand. Let me ask this would you pay, say, 5 bucks for another 25-50 slots? maybe if we were willing to buy it, like extra char slots Anet would be more likely to bring it to us.

Dude, I know you die a lot and you raise the temperature in your room by 15 degrees and you sweat everywhere but you don't need a storage that is thousands of spaces long of all the replays. You will die anyways since you can't study Guild Wars since the spawns are random.

More storage? Sure. I was getting annoyed at having to switch to a mule to get to my dyes anyway (though being able to log out to the character select screen is a good change).
And sure you can just buy dye when you need it. But unless you're sure you'll like what it looks like or are just going for single colours thats fine. But if going for mixes, you want at least 2 or 3 of each colour.

Though I would rather see more normal storage as well. Some how I think if we got more normal storage they would only give us another slot with the same number we currently have, which would be little.
To me this is one of the biggest problem with the game structure wise.
I was happy when I saw they were making hat storage for the holidays, until I witnessed the insane way they were doing it. It's fine unless you are like most people and actually want to dye your hats. I suppose I'm supposed to just delete 6 black dyed hats and redye them everytime I want to wear one...

Currently, my "Dye Lab" takes half a tab ... place I could use for other stuff.

I'm glad we finally got some material storage (although 250 per slot is hardly enough), so I see no reason why we can't have some other forms of storage as well.

I retract my earlier /notsigned, in light of the increased storage. Once you've given us 4 panels of "store anything" space the economic arguments kind of go out the window, so why NOT throw in some dye storage too?

Thanks for this suggestion, I have way too many dye! I have one slot for each except grey in my storage. which is just taking up valuable spaces. and yet cannot be thrown away and cannot be sold for low low prices :P

Please dont start another plague of "Anet increase the storage capacity", again!! They already did, so be happy!!! Otherwise you're being extremely ingratefull!
The fact is that someone will always want to store more then they can, and will start to winge for an increase. It doesnt matter if Anet increased it by 100 slots, you would still get someone complaining its not enough.
Plus we have more then enough space for dye storage! There are only around 8 or 9 colours, and you can stack them. Why do you need more space?
How many people make a habbit of carring every colour that exists, in large quantities, in their storage?

more storage would be nice but as stated " ppl will only ask for more' .. since we play for free i doubt they ll make it happen ... however how bout anet u charge us 9.99 { U.S. dollars} for 2-3 new storage tabs. This will of course boost ur " profit" and the ppl who really want extra storage will buy it . those that dont care and feel they have nuff ...WONT.. problem solved

I seem to of missed 45 slots as mine is 4 pages of 20 slots and this isn't about materials so that page don't count nor does it fit your 25x5 statement ( anyway theres 35 materials and i'm some how missing out on 45 slots)

As for the "They just scattered you some table crumbs, be grateful for what you have!" crowd. Slave mentality. Anet does not pay our salaries, we pay theirs. I imagine what we are all trying to achieve by spending any time in the suggestion forum at all, is for a more enjoyable game for everyone. Was I happy to get the extra storage update recently? Hell yes. Was it enough? Hell no. A starving man is always happy for a crust of bread, but that doesn't mean he is now well fed.
These apocalyptic visions people march out whenever extra storage is requested never fail to amaze me. No, the servers are not going to crash if we have an extra storage tab. No, the economy will not collapse if we have an extra storage tab. No, it will not harm you, or the game, at all, no matter what kind of paranoid explanatory pretzel that you twist yourself into.
Every member of each class in GW looks roughly the same, and the armor choices are limited. Being able to hold onto enough dye to make interesting dye mixes doesn't seem to be asking for too much. Anet didn't give us a lot of choices out there to help us establish some individuality in the looks department, this seems a simple way to make it a little easier for those of us who are trying.
