15% vs hexed foes is not a popular damage mod amongst warriors. The Rare Weapons sticky above places your axe at around 10k-ish, however the 20/20 upgrade is worth around 30-50k according to the Weapon Mods sticky...
So, you have two choices, sell the axe as it is for around 15-20k to someone who might be interested in salvaging for the mod or using the axe, or try and expert salvage and hope for the AP 20/20.
