looking for pc on a shadow shield

Im looking to buy a shadow shield and just wondering how much cash i need to shoot for.

Armor 16 with strength req no more than 9
+30 hp always
and reduces damage by (x) (while in stance)

the x is for however damage is max for that. If you could let me know that also. ty ahead of time

seeing as you're asking for a pc, i suggest buying a req13 +28/-2 stance.
