that is correct... blue items cannot be salvaged

that's what i thought too but one of the last things i did before i logged off for good was attempt a salvage on my monk's crafter's 20/20 heal staff. guess i was just bored. *shrug* but i got the enchanting wrap off it. 
maybe someone else might wanna try salvaging a collector's/crafter's item to see if it's still possible?
