I can't change my email for guild wars!

I just made a new email account and i want to change my guildwars username to it!

You can change it.
What you have to do is log into both Email account. You will have to click on the hyperlink on both Email accounts.
Example:
Log into GW with EMail A.
Edit Account info change EMail address to EMail B.
Log off GW.
Log into EMail A, click on the Hyperlink.
Log into EMail B, click on the Hyperlink.
Log into GW with EMail B.
What you have to do is log into both Email account. You will have to click on the hyperlink on both Email accounts.
Example:
Log into GW with EMail A.
Edit Account info change EMail address to EMail B.
Log off GW.
Log into EMail A, click on the Hyperlink.
Log into EMail B, click on the Hyperlink.
Log into GW with EMail B.

Is there any way to change it if your original e-mail address has been deleted?

Well i should have stated in my first message that i have tried that but the "change email" option never appeared in the edit account thing. Is this a glitch for my computer only or is it happening to everyone

If you have used the Online Store to buy char slots, you won't be able to change your e-mail address.
The change email address just links you to plaync.com, saying that the change should be done there. And there's no possibility of changing the address at plaync.

Now I understand what you are trying to do(been a long work week)
As Kaguya has stated, once you use the online store, you are unable to change or amend email addresses, this may be a bug?, you could log a ticket on the support site.
Lets hope if it is a bug, that way it may get corrected soon

Hmmmm.... Ok but there is a problem with that. I have never used the online store- i have looked at it a few times but never bought anything from it. and on my edit account options there is no longer a change emial address option

PlayNC will not change there policy on changing e-mail once you are registerd as a customer. No matter what they say.
It's not a bug, it is PlayNC policy
