Farming undergrouth in Altrum Ruins?(55hp)

hey

i thought i had seen a guide here how to farm does Undergroths in Altrum Ruins but cant find it

so anyways when your making your way to does undergrouth's there's some necro and assassin you run into i never seem to make it pass them they strip enchant and in few sec iam dead any ideas?
