Worth something because of +15/-5e and super low req, or salvage fodder because one off max on the top?

For PvP this is good for energy hiding, although the mods would need to be replaced. I think the crafter -5 weapons are 10k + materials. Think I can get that for it?

Since it is not max, it'd be very hard to find a buyer, since req 7 is only wanted if its max damage as well.
