Cel Bow Req7

I think its max DMG for a Req7 Is it worth anything?

max is 15-28 yours is 14-28

although it has 15% stance due to having 1 less dmg it makes it very undesriable. might get a few k for it

I doubt it, even for that no one would payfor a 1 point less than max weapon.
