Nope, mods like that do not influence the price more than 10-15k. And that's only if they're on a req 8 15^50.

some people try to sell mods with 30+ or 20/20 for more ... ilike a req 9 15%^50 fellblade r9 for 100k+5-10 ecto and req 9 20/20 30+ 15^50 req 9 for 100k+15-30ecto
