PC on a Grinning Recurve Bow?

Just found this weird bow. I was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate? It's req. 8 and unidentified. I got kind of scared and didn't want to identify it until I got a price. Thanks for the help.

It's 15% (while in a stance) and enchantments last 20% longer.

Theres a similar grinning recurve (1 req higher, req9) in auctions for 11k.

I'm sure the 1 req lower will net another k or so.
