Pc on Dwarven axe bugged?

Well this is exactly what it says

Battle axe Of Fortitude
7-19 damage (5 axe mastery)
+25 health
15^stance


It has a dwarven axe skin, which as we all know is an EXTREMELY rare skin.

and we all know that axes max dmg are 6-28 damage, so the starting damage starting at 7 is funky, how much is this worth, is this axe really bugged or is it a scam? let me know please!!

Saw 2 idiots running a scam in KC Am Dis 4 couple hours ago, Having a "conversation" trying to get people to think this was some uber rare bugged HoH chest drop. Hope they did'nt get you with that old gag.

yea with this you can add 2 enchant mods and another health mod, to get +55 health and 40% longer enchants!

The ability to add the second fortitude mod was a bug that was fixed a long time ago.

Ohh lol well hard to tell because you actually used to be able to add a 2nd fortitude mod to this axe. But like I said, ANet fixed that bug a while ago.

And there use to be an axe where you could add 2 enchant mods...
