where can you get explosive growth?

Hey, i was just wondering if anyone knew where to obtain the 'explosive growth' skill for ritualist in the factions campaign. I tried looking on guildwiki but it wasnt there. If anyone has any ideas please post.

Well it's not elite so it's likely in Kaineng Center. There are a few skills that aren't available in KC, if it's not there you will find it in Maatu Keep.

Harvest Temple has all the non elite skills from factions.
