Survivor Title

Is getting the survivor title a waste of time?

I got it with my N/W... died before I got rank 2 in it but meh. If you're like me and have made dozens of character and gotten them to lvl 20, then survivor is a nice challenge. Unless of course you do it in factions in which case its a piece of cake. If you are on your first one or two chars I wouldn't recommend being hardcore about getting it.

Try getting at 1305k xp and then die cause of server lag - you'll know the answer after that.

Yeah, i think diying cause of tehnical situation, is a shame but not for the one who want the title. Seems so crazy to die at almost R3 (Legendary Survivior), i think i'll get insane if i were you Scorpse. Is not your fault.
But, nvm you can do it again, i know you can...teh one...

You'll have to decide that for yourself. You gain nothing from this titel that can be measured in any way, so it is impossible to relate effort to benefit, which means you can't possible state the "worth" of this title in a subjective way.

On a side note, some people may consider the whole game a waste of time.

I try shooting for the Survivor on my new charas, not so seriously tho. I got it on my Ritualist and Mesmer now, Necro lost it when I took a quick bio brake and patrol killed her. :b

I got my second monk coming now, Tyrian, and she's my "hardcore" project. No runs allowed, no armor and weapon crafters allowed, and no big mean level 20'ies helping you out, so all the gear I'll get has to be either drops or from collectors. Up to Lion's Arch now. :b Only "cheat" I've done this far is getting couple of collector items, since trying to farm them yourself with henchies is painfully slow.

no armor crafters? are ye bloody daft?!

There are collectors who change X amount of item Y into armor.
