A: salvage for +30 (10-20k), as the hammer isn't quite max.
B: 15k
C: 5k or so, or salvage for the enchanting mod
D: I'd say merch, but you might find a buyer for 5k or so.

Just my guesses, maybe wait for a proper PCer to weigh in.
