Hmm seeing as how i have a really crappy axe right now would you suggest i have that one customized(really would like the extra 20%and i dont mind the 13 req) then later once i find something else salvage it? because im really poor, and btw how much would the +30 go for?

Axe +30 is going for around 20-30k. But, if you don't want to risk it, you're free to customize it (then it will not be able to sell, but you can still salvage it).
