Will you play a Prophecies/Factions or Nightfall character first through Nightfall?
Zinger314
When I bought Factions, I began playing through the campaign as my Nec (since I had started with a Rit...and it was way too tedious). I ended up being one of the first Necros with 15k Canthan Armor. And I managed to sell the Green Ceremonial Daggers for a whopping 80k.
Will you take a Prophecies/Factions character first through the campaign, or will you just make a Paragon/Dervish and kill everything?

I'll be playing through Nightfall with my Tyrian Monk first. A monk can find a group easiest, so I can get it done fast, and also with all these people that are gonna be runnin around every which-way trying to figure out how to do stuff, I don't trust many people other than myself to take on the responsibility of keeping them alive.
After that, or prolly around the same time, I'll start up a Dervish and play through on that. I just made an elementalist so, though it's Tyrian because I like a certain Tyrian face/hair set, I made it for playing in Nightfall. I'm also going to make a Necromancer for Nightfall, because I saw a really awesome face/hair set during those few hours when we could see some of the Nightfall faces, and a Paragon eventually after that.
Once I've played through, or mostly through, on those chars I'll eventually get around to playing through on my warrior and ranger for the elites, but what with all these char slots, I don't know how much time I'll have for them. My Assassin and Ritualist will prolly hang back in Factions unless there is something easy to farm with the Rit or somethin. I'll prolly play through with them after Nightfall has been out for like 5 months and I'm bored.
That about covers it.

Anyway, what quest are you talking about?
Francis Demeules
My Tyrian Ranger and Mesmer will enter in Nightfall first and check the area, I mean, explore the area
EagleEye33
I took my tyrian ranger and rit thorugh Factions at the same time for a bit, then just continued on with my rit. I just wanted my ranger to have canthan "things". I may do the same with Nightfall, see which i like better dervish or paragon, start it up, then go back and take my existing chars there as well. Stop for a bit and finish on with my Nightfall char
Align
I'll delete my pvp necro and make a Paragon to beat it with.
Vilaptca
Same thing as I did with Factions, my only two Tyrian characters will go through it first. They're also the only two who have finished Factions.
All my other characters are just for fun, if I beat the game with them ever...then cool, go me! Otherwise, they'll just get to wherever and then stop and I'll never play them again.

Arkantos
I'm gonna beat the game with my warrior before I create a dervish/paragon. I did the same with factions, sold my amulet for 80k
Yanman.be
I'll prolly make a P/D ( since Dervishes are overpowered ) and complete it with him first. Or my sin, for titles.

I was all gung-ho about makeing one for pve knowing they are likely to be widely wanted as a tank/aoe nuker combo, with infinite possibilities to individually farm.
But right now it all depends on how they turn out.
Im also interested in Paragon because i enjoy playing a supportive role while easing my mind knowing im doing some damage to at least help the team in as many ways as i can.
But correct me if im wrong:
I believe you cannot bring Factions characters into the Nightfall campaign, as during the pvp beta weekend, if you chose a Ritualist or Assassin, you could not choose them to be of Elona heritage, only Tyrian or Canthan. Unlike the 6 core classes which allowed the choice of all 3

ACtually, this remind me that i never even finished the Tyrian campaign lol. I made it to Abaddon's Mouth..to the end...like right before the cut-scene and e7ed out. I was pissed, needless to say. and couldnt find a group afterwardsso i havent tried since

I'm definetely going through it first with some form of a paragon.
Phoenix Denfer
I'm finding that it is tedious to take every character through. (I currently have five.)
I believe I'll create a Dervish and take her through nightfall, but if do take a tyrian through it will be my ranger. She is my original character and just seems right to be the one to take through any new chapter.

I was thinking of this a day or two ago. I think i'm going to do the same thing I did last time. I'm creating either Dervish or Paragon and beat the game with it so I get to know more about the storyline and missions. Then I'm going to take my Warrior (my main character) there and beat the game with it trying to explore and do the bonuses on the way to get the titles easier now that I know them.
Guardian of the Light
I'll go with my Prophecies warrior.
I'm kind of busy PvPing with my guild and doing other stuff for other stuff so I'll choose the shortest way.
btw now that you meantion it I still have to finish the game with a factions character

I'll probably end up bringing my tyrian monk through the whole campaign just to help aid in the lack of monks there will probably be. The monk is my favourite class, so I guess it's fine =D
Then I'll either start a Dervish or take my Factions Mesmer through.

Acehigh
I'll defenitly do the nightfall campaign with my war first, then i can get to farming for new items and make some good money while the games new and skins are worth alot
GloryFox
I will play my warrior through first.
However I would like to change my secondary to Paragon ASAP. I have an Idea for a Strength based Spear chucker. I was unhappy with waiting to change my secondary in Factions. Maybe they will allow for an earlier change in the new character area?

st3v3n
i'll take my ranger or warrior first, then start a Dervish
Markaedw
Well, I plan to start with a Elona Mes, then when I get all the runes, make a Dervish. At some point I will then bring over my Necro MM and my ele, and round of with a Paragon.
If I'm still interested, my ranger.
My warrior, my rit, my assassin and my monk will relax in the Guild Hall.

Zakarr
I always play with new professions. Probably finish Nightfall with Paragon and then Dervish.

Hmm, I'll prolly play thru Nightfall the first time with one of my Tyrian or Canthan characters. To be honest, which one will depend on which profession gets the coolest looking Elonnian ascended armor.
I always hated the looks of Tyrian monk armor, which is why I took her (Mo/ME) to Vasburg Armory before my any of my others chars: so I could dump the ugly looking tats ASAP.
Personally, I still hate the way all the current sets of female warrior ascended armor look. So if there's a nice looking set of Elonnian ascended armor, my warrior will go first.
After that, I'll make a bunch of Nightfall characters, prolly starting with a D/Mo, followed by a W/P.

I'll be taking a Dervish through first, regardless of everyone complaining how all the towns will be flooded with dervishes right after release
NinjaKai
Playing with my Tyrian warrior and Canthan monk. Aswell as Elonian Paragon and Dervish.
Kai Nui
Anet's forcing me to play through as a D/P because all the forms are in the primary attribute and I'm not wasting my time with an old secondary profession. Although I'll probably just play with my mesmer since I have done so much on him already, what'd be the point of having multiple pves... ugh. Wait, never mind, Instead of heads or tails, I'm just not going to buy nightfall! Yay!
Free Runner
I plan on creating a Dervish and getting him through the game. Once hes halfway through i will probably go on with my tradition of playing my other chars through the game at the same pace.
Quid Pro Quo
Dervish first. I'm determined to be one of the first Dervish with black dyed armor then after everyone else starts to do the same I'll start adding new mixes on.
Alleji
I'll go with my necro. Gotta cap all those elites ASAP because lvl 5 skill hunter is ftw.
Not to mention that I'll get to bitch about being fully unlocked and not getting faction 1 month after nightfall comes out. -_-

Mr.Deflok
Will rock my Tyrian E/Me through then get some Dervish action soon after.
Dougal Kronik
My Tyrian Ranger. Then after my Monk, maybe try one of the new professions.
Formula97
I will be taking my Tyrian Mesmer through first, then probably my Canthan Rit. The main reason being so that I can be a seller, not a buyer. I already have everything I will ever need for these two chars. All of the new chars will be paying insane prices for everything while the game is new, and I will be happy to sell what ever I can.
Feminist Terrorist
Either my ele or necro will be first in, followed closely by the other. Or the monk. Not sure which one will be second to go in. Somewhere in there I'll be making a dervish, like nearly everyone else. lol
Nevin
Probably my Necromancer first, hes my main character. Plus what group doesn't want an SS, MM, or Battery? Then my Monk, just to be able to sell the fruits of my labor (If theres an end game reward like Factions), then I'm gunna make a Ranger there.
I've finally decided my Assassin will be reserved for PvP, since they have such a hard time in PvE. My Warrior is ugly so I hide him in shame and use him for storage, my Mesmer I use for storage. Simply because I never had the time to get him perfect gear, and lack the interest to get it. Both of them are birthday present waiters too.

Phantom Gun
I will start a new character in nightfall so I can see the first part of the game and such. Once I get to the point where I can leave, I'll log out, and bring my proph/factions characters over.
tONYY
I will play it with my lovable 16 months old Warrior first. After that I will make a Paragon, and then i'll do it with my necro or monk.
JimDaala
Ill finish Prophecies first, then Factions.... with my mesmer...
