Eternal Shield (purple)

Armor +16 (Required 12 Strength)
Tactic's +1 (18% chance)
+34 Health (While in a Stance)

Chaos Axe:

Slashing Damage 6-28 (Required 13 Axe Mastery)
Damage +19% Versus Undead
Armor Penetration 20% (19% Chance)

Personally, I'd sell the eternal shield to the merchant, and salvage the chaos axe for the sundering.
