Customize character lvl20

New NPC for aircut and other NPC for changing armor starting color.

Because i want to change my character aircut but i cant

This is a very popular feature to request. There are so many threads making this very suggestion. In Sardelac we have a rule here that you should avoid posting redundent threads by checking our Index of Ideas and doing a search before you post your idea, just to be sure you are making a new suggestion. Try doing a search for "haircut" or "stylist". I believe most of those threads refer to them as stylists.
