PC on GpB pls

I know about the sticky, etc, etc..
But prices are so unstable these times that I have to know for sure..
I got this nice item:


Now, in the sticky, it is PC'ed around 100k+30e; I've been trying to sell this in-game for 100k+25e without success..
I also got it for sale on a thread in the High-End Forum here.

Now, some guy in-game told me, that the value of the blade would increase to 100k+65e if I would add a perfect sundering & fortitude. Now as I read here, adding mods to items doesn't improve their value; altrough he's selling his req9 15^50 perf sundering & fortitude for 100k+45e.

Any comments are greatly appreciated, but please don't redirect me to the sticky. As I don't think it's accurate anymore, just my opinion.

I think the price you're asking for is fair, though I dont know much about GPBs... but I can say this, adding mods doesn't increase the items value, but it does make it easier to sell.

Ah I see, I allready had a hard time trying to sell it.. Alot of lowballers & people who tried to scam me/rip me off. Anyway, thanks for your reply. Any other takers? I'm completly open to any suggestion.
Also, I can't seem to sell this beauty for 100k+8e

GPB's have taken a tremendous hit since the double rare weekend, and now the one you have is only worth 100k-110k, if that.
The Platinum Blade is still rare, and around 150k.

Seriously? I've seen someone trying to sell a GpB req10 15^50 for 100k+10ecto; I think the sticky should be updated..

Well, from what everyone else has been telling me, they are having trouble selling their perfect GPB's for almost anything over 100k right now... you could try your hand at it though. Your items, so don't sell unless you're satisfied.

Heh... I sold it for 100k+19 ecto (Just if anyone else wanted to know this)
