Need PC for an odd staff

I don't have this staff anymore, cuz it was customized for one of my chars, so i merchant it. but what would the price have been for this staff?

Max Dmg-Req 9
heres the odd part
it had... +3 energy for health above 90%
+3 energy for health above 60%
+3 energy for health above 30%
then it had the standard, Plus 10 energy
So if my health was max, i got +19 energy

Since its a quest reward, so it could be worth a few K just because of the energy bonus.

Trapper staff no?
