I know they are in the rare skin wepaon basleine price threads but whenever I try to slel them for those amounts I get whispers as ''rofl nub'' etc etc

I've had the same problem with a few cren swords like that. I sold them for about 3/4 of what the thread says and they sold ok.

You always get people like that. I had a req 10 15%^50 gothic dual and people would offer 20k and stuff like that for it, claiming it was not worth more. Sold it for 220k in the end.
Items tend to sell higher on the forums than in game, although it does of course vary.
Asking for a PC, you will most often just be directed to the sticky. What would be helpful is if you posted your experiences in the sticky, if people tend to agree with you it might lead to the prices being adjusted.
Remember though, they are only baselines, and prices fluctuate all the time
