Max, req. 10 str, and gives +28 health at all times.

Edit: oh yea, and I also have a Jeweled Chalice. 12 energy( req. 11 inspiration) and +30 hp. Reduces weakness duration by 20%.

1) Might get 10-15k because of the skin.
2) I'd merch, reduced weakness on a Mesmer isn't useful.
