WTB 15e -1regen rod/wand

Looking for a rod or wand with +15 energy -1 regen.
Would prefer one with a decent 2nd mod, 10% universal or 20% prot would be ideal. (either HCT or HRT)

Any skin or req is acceptable, but I'll pay accordingly for rare skins or something with a low prot/df req.

Leave a IGN if it isn't listed, and a price if possible.

well, u didnt specify it had to be req df (i dont think wands come in req prot), but i have max gold Cane, req 8 domination magic, energy +15/-1, 10% global HCT, for 25k if interested
