-Req (Fire, Water, Earth, Air)
-HCT Linked Attribute 20%
-HSR Linked Attribute 20%

I guess I was a little vague on the HCT/HSR, I'm made it more clear what I want in my original post, I need both maxed HCT and HSR, not just one sorry.

Please people, if you don't have a Zodiac Staff with the stats I requested, don't post about it. I was specific in what I needed for a reason.
