Chestrun Build.

Are you also tired of getting killed because of you low armor while chestrunning? Here's a solution!

To run or Not to Run.
Assassin/Mesmer

1)Shadow Form
2)Arcane Echo
3)Dark Escape
4)Illusion of Weakness
5)Shadow Refuge
6)Free Slot(Caltrops/Distortion)
7)Illusion of Haste
8)Dash

Attribute Spread:
Shadow Arts: 12+1+1=14
Illusion Magic: 12

Pro's: Immortal for about 35 seconds, enough time to run in and out.
Con's: Can't speed buff run for a long time

How it works: as soon as you get into the map you cast Illusion of Weakness. This skill is used if you're facing degen(mursaat) and if you aren't away when Shadow Form ends so if you get a wand it you get 202 health so you can run.
Ok, I see a chest. Now what?
You walk just outside the range of the monsters protecting the chest and cast Arcane Echo followed by Shadow Form. Then you normally run in, open the chest and when Shadow Form starts to blink you recast the Arcane Echo'ed one. Then you use a speed buff to run out to a safe spot where you wait till Shadow Form wears off. You regen and search for the next chest.

Questions:
Help during my running I walked into a Barbed Trap, what do i have to do?!
Answer:
You Have Illusion of Haste, it removes the Cripple and gives a speed buff for 10 seconds, after which you gain another Cripple for 15 secondes

I don't have time to cast Illusion of Haste and Dark Escape is recharging, now what?
Answer:
Just hit Dash for a small speed boost, it is also handy versus an annoying monster you doesn't stop chasing you.

Here is one of my Chest Run Builds, I have another for Luxon territory which I'll post later. I've tested this build in Ice Floe/Melandru's Hope and it worked. I haven't tested it in Raisu Palace but I think I don't have a problem there.

Yeah, I'd use something similar if I had money to buy KEYS.

meh I run arc echo, SF, Heart of shadow, dark escape, dash, shroud of distress, shadow refuge, and rez sig or deaths charge.. all points into shadow arts and we are good.. I also use daggers of enchanting 19

I use Arius Sai, Daggers of Xueko would work fine too.

Basically run around when theres a hard chest shadow of haste then shadow form in and use dash to cancel the shadow of haste stance and pop back out of the enemy aggro circle with your purple item

use troll unguent and shadow refuge to regen from 53 hp back to what ever it should be. then get running again.

thats my build, i find it does the job well, but becareful, if your running near creeping carp DO NOT USE shadow form, they will expunge enchantment you.

or just be smart about it and dont try run to far with shadow form on..

my shadow form lasts for 25.4 seconds it takes be about 5 to regen back to full health, thats 30 seconds out of the 60 second recharge down, now go run around looking for more chests, by the time you find one you should be shadow form ready
