could someone please give me a pc on
celestial shield req 7 tactics
reduces phys dmg by 3 while hexed
health +41 while encht

i know its not max stats but cant seem to find anything similar with only req 7

The 41 knocks it down, the -3 is perfect, the req 7 is flawless, I'd say 70-80k IMO. But may be a little high.

sorry he got your hopes up but that won't hit near 70k... enchanted and while hexed is a REALLY bad combo, and doesn't sell very well, plus it's way off max.. personally I'd take anything over 20-30k
