I don't think you would be able to get very much for it. The health mod is close to perfect and the other mod is perfect. You would have to sell it to a W/Mo who uses mending or something to reach a rank of 9 in healing prayers for the +3 regen. You would need to find the right buyer, and that could take VERY long.
