Warrior Stance Skill

Can't Touch This
For 5..20 seconds, you cannot be touched. Any touch skills by either ally or foe used on you will be interrupted and they will be knocked down. You will shuffle right and left for 3 seconds each time you interrupt any action in this way.

I think the key part is the shuffle.

I think a elite Paragon should of this skill would be more intresting and more useful for a 'shout protector' class. It would also be hilarious with warriors shouting "Stop hammer time" .

Recharge 45 seconds.

For 5..20 seconds, all party members within ear shot cannot be the target of touch skills by both allies and foes. Any touch skills used on party members affected by this shout will be interrupted and cause the toucher to be knocked down. All party members will shuffle left to right for 3 seconds any time a touch skill is interrupted in this way.

This shout can be cancelled with the Warrior Shout "Stop, Hammer Time (TM)"

Shout. for a ... b secs any touch skills used on all party members within earshot takes 3 times longer and melee attack takes 1.5 times longer.

It would go with the much wanted ele move "electric Slide"

why don't you just have this shout "I'm affraid of touch rangers and hopefully my mom will save me"

for 9-20 seconds, your mother will come to the ring and hit the touch ranger with the wooden spoon she was using to bake cookies with.

I don't understand y ppl are obsessed with our mothers. I think it's just a Chav phrase, like "Ur mom", It's very annoying. Help me rid the world of Chavs.

This would be rather hilarious to keep seeing a Paragon shouting "Can't Touch This!" I think this would be best (taken from some examples I saw),

Elite Warrior stance:
For 5...15 seconds your hammer attacks are impossible to interrupt and you cannot be knocked down while attacking with a hammer.

Thats hammer time, but no stopping. Needs to have a 90% slower walking speed.

Cant touch this idea is horrible, I think thats just pent up touch ranger hate.

The Hammer Time idea is actually pretty good, disagree with the 90% slower thing though that makes it useless. I'm thinking 10 energy, 30 recharge, 5-10 length, and in the strength attribute.

As written I can't agree with "Can't Touch This". 5...20 is a loooong time, almost worthy of being an elite skill. Add in a kd or energy drain or disable and it's really overpowered.

If it were for 3...10 seconds all touch skills used against caster fails, it would be much more reasonable. As far as it being a shout, I'd say the duration would have to be a little less even, and the recharge time around 45.

But even then, the most dangerous touch enemy you'll face is likely to be a ranger/necro, and 3...10 seconds is still quite a bit much. It's like killing a cockroach with a bazooka.

But that's the only way to get rid of those little buggers.

I think people are forgetting the most important part of this skill... which is that it causes you to shuffle left to right for 3 seconds side to side.

Ideally it would be an e-lite and would only work if you were wearing parachute pants - which would be a max of 60 AL of course.

For added balance, maybe it could disable your skills for 10 years - kind of like MC Hammer and his rap skills. Either that or it resets your fame to 0.

There's a typo in the quote I used earlier, the song lyrics go "Stop. Hammer time!" not "stop hammer time." I can see how it's confusing if you don't know the song, but I don't think any posts in this thread should be taken seriously anyway.
